Humble Pie

This week I get vulnerable about where I am and how I plan to move forward through it.  You will hear me talk about the importance of rest, taking the time to listen to your body and your gut. And how to tune in so you can get back to aligned flow.  I share my struggles and some things that have been going on with me and you hear me get real about finding my happy.  I share it all so you can relate and I hope that it helps you. I also reference some science from the recent Mel Robbins Podcast episode with Dr. Judith Joseph about happiness.
